At 10Clouds, we know that people sense the same reality in different ways and we’ve defined the ultimate goal: to make people feel valued for their individual, unique traits – and make the most of the fact that both normative and non-normative people have their strengths and weaknesses.
Six months have passed since we were officially recognized by AsperIT as being a neurodiverse-friendly employer, following a thorough audit.
In November 2022 10Clouds became the first certified neurodiverse-friendly workplace in Poland.

To gain a deeper understanding of our employees' strengths and potential, we have embraced PRISM® Brain Mapping as a diagnostic tool. This assessment helps us identify individuals' unique strengths and enables us to provide tailored support and opportunities for growth. By leveraging this tool, we empower our team members to thrive in their areas of expertise.
Everyone at 10Clouds is welcome to discuss their findings from a personalized report with a PRISM® practitioner and coach who can support them in defining an individual development plan. We aim to hold our employees accountable for their development and assist them in it.
