Going back to the Discovery phase
10Clouds conducted a Discovery process to explore the most promising solutions for increasing the number of users. The goal was to explore who Altruisto’s target audience were, and to analyse their behaviours while online shopping.
Creating a new landing page
The conducted analysis showed that the best solution was the creation and design of a new landing page for Altruisto. The project was carried out by a team of designers, developers and product delivery managers over a period of 12 weeks in close cooperation with Altruisto’s internal team.
