Our goal is two-fold - to ensure that both you and your clients are happy with the result of our work. That’s why we always take a very thorough brief in order to fully understand your context. We also involve you at every step of our product design sprint.
We’ve found that working in design sprints is the most efficient and effective method of creating a product prototype. It encourages cooperation between all stakeholders and on-the-spot decisions on the most important issues.
The Design Sprint kicks off with expert interviews, allowing the team to get alignment with your challenge. This process also helps to define the vision and goal of the challenge.
Once we have an understanding of the challenge, we apply a sketching process that will help the team produce high-level solutions rapidly. There will also be the opportunity to explore what competitors are doing to build on the ideas.
The team will now come together to present each solution and vote on the best one. The goal here is to allow the team to narrow down to a particular solution, to move on to the next step of mapping out the details and features.
This process allows us to sketch the entire solution from beginning to end, taking into account all the features and mapping out the screens, which also covers the user flow. It helps the team understand what will be included in the prototyping and what will be tested.
We start with establishing the roles and choosing the best tools for the process. Generally, we start with sketches on paper to then transfer this to digital wireframes, where we make it clickable to bring life into the solution.
As the last step, user testing allows you to invite your actual customers to test and validate the solution. Most importantly, we will be able to understand the desirability of the solution. We collect their feedback and define recommendations with next steps on how to improve the solution further.
