PZU is the largest insurer in Central and Eastern Europe. In March 2026, the company entered into a partnership with 10Clouds Financial Institutions to develop artificial-intelligence solutions across sales and customer service.
The collaboration combines 10Clouds Financial Institutions’ AI expertise with PZU’s scale and market experience, focused on the parts of the sales process where AI can deliver the most immediate value.
The opportunity
A large share of a sales specialist’s day goes to repetitive, manual steps rather than to the customer in front of them. These tasks are necessary, but they rarely need a human to perform them end to end.
The goal of the engagement is to take that repetitive work off the team, so people spend less time on routine steps and more time building relationships and closing.
The approach
