10 Clouds Financial Institutions realizuje projekt „SmartUp powered by StartSmart CEE”, współfinansowany z Funduszy Europejskich dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki.
Projekt realizujemy, aby opracować i przetestować w praktyce inteligentnego agenta AI wspierającego instytucje finansowe w procesach weryfikacji kontrahentów i zgodności (compliance).
W ramach projektu budujemy i sprawdzamy rozwiązanie, które automatyzuje czasochłonne dotąd czynności analityków — pozyskiwanie i porównywanie danych z publicznych rejestrów, ustalanie sposobu reprezentacji podmiotu, identyfikację jego rzeczywistego właściciela oraz wstępne rozpoznanie kontrahenta. Rozwiązanie testujemy w warunkach rzeczywistych we współpracy z partnerem z sektora finansowego, w ścieżce Pilot Ready akceleratora StartSmart CEE.
Z projektu korzystają instytucje finansowe — m.in. banki i firmy leasingowe — oraz pracujące w nich zespoły analityków i compliance.
Efektem projektu jest skrócenie czasu weryfikacji kontrahenta i ograniczenie pracy manualnej przy zachowaniu nadzoru człowieka, wysokiej spójności decyzji oraz zgodności z obowiązującymi przepisami, w tym RODO.

10 Clouds Financial Institutions is implementing the project “SmartUp powered by StartSmart CEE”, co-funded by the European Union under the European Funds for Modern Economy programme.
The aim of the project is to develop and pilot an AI agent that supports financial institutions in counterparty verification and compliance processes.
Within the project we are building and testing a solution that automates tasks previously handled manually by analysts — gathering and cross-checking data from public registers, establishing how an entity is legally represented, identifying its ultimate beneficial owner, and performing initial due diligence on counterparties. The solution is being validated in real conditions together with a partner from the financial sector, within the Pilot Ready track of the StartSmart CEE accelerator.
The project benefits financial institutions — including banks and leasing companies — and their analyst and compliance teams.
The result of the project is a shorter counterparty verification time and reduced manual work, while preserving human oversight, high decision consistency and compliance with applicable regulations, including GDPR.
