A factoring division of a major European banking group offering factoring solutions for SMEs. Sales specialists need thorough company research before each client meeting — financial standing, industry context, and market environment.

The project was delivered in two phases: a Proof of Concept and an optimisation phase adding in-depth industry analysis.

The Challenges

Researching a single company took 40–60 minutes across up to 34 data sources — CRBR, eKRS, VAT whitelist, REGON, CEIDG, and KDPW.

Preparation quality varied by individual specialist. No quick access to industry context — market trends, sector risks, or benchmarks required hours of additional research.

AIConsole automatically aggregates data from registration registries, ownership structures, VAT verification, financial statements (~150 data points), and current news into a single structured report.

Specialists enter a tax ID or company name, and the report is generated instantly with thematic sections and source links.

The tool was extended with a dedicated industry module: SWOT analysis with sources, market trends, regulatory risk assessment, benchmarks, competitive analysis, and ready-made sales conversation questions.

Results export to PDF, eliminating manual material preparation before client visits.

The tool scored 96/100 on SUS, placing it among world-class solutions with no training required. Specialists report greater confidence and better preparation for meetings.

Next steps include production rollout, Azure OpenAI migration, and integration with internal banking systems.
