Background
An anonymous financial institution offers factoring solutions for SMEs. Sales specialists need thorough company research before each client meeting — financial standing, industry context, and market environment.
The project was delivered in two phases: a Proof of Concept and an optimisation phase adding in-depth industry analysis.
The Challenges
In the April 2025 proof of concept, manual client verification took 40 minutes and involved checking 34 sources or screens. The tested workflow reduced those figures to 20 minutes and 5 sources or screens.
Preparation quality varied by individual specialist. No quick access to industry context — market trends, sector risks, or benchmarks required hours of additional research.
Phase I: Client Report
AIConsole automatically aggregates data from registration registries, ownership structures, VAT verification, financial statements (~150 data points), and current news into a single structured report.
Specialists enter a tax ID or company name. The workflow produces a structured report with thematic sections and source links.
Phase II: Industry Analysis
The tool was extended with a dedicated industry module: SWOT analysis with sources, market trends, regulatory risk assessment, benchmarks, competitive analysis, and ready-made sales conversation questions.
Results can be exported to PDF for use before client visits.
Conclusions & Outlook
In the April 2025 proof of concept, manual client verification fell from 40 to 20 minutes, source or screen checks fell from 34 to 5, and task success reached 80%.
