We seek a talented designer who enjoys tackling challenging UX problems, creating functional and aesthetic UIs, and turning them into polished components. You'll be working for a leading company in the medical technology sector. As a member of the 10Clouds Design Team and our client’s design team, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with exceptional designers from both sides.

In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to the UX design of our cloud-based dentistry applications, which empower dental practitioners and revolutionize dental care. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, including product/solution managers, UX professionals, developers, and clinicians, to ensure our clinical applications meet the highest usability, efficiency, and effectiveness standards.
Your role and responsibilities
- UX scoping: Collaborate with other UX team members and stakeholders to scope UX requirements.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create UX-research-informed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and other UX team members, including the design system team, software developers, and clinical experts, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the clinical application development process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in tech and dental care to continuously enhance the user experience and push the boundaries of innovation.
What you bring to the table
- 4+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer or an Interaction designer.
- A strong portfolio of previous UX and UI design projects showcasing the designs and the process to arrive at the final solution.
- Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals,
- Experience in choosing and applying various UCD methodologies such as prototyping, user journeys, user personas, etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user experience best practices.
- Business English Fluency is a must. Mastery of any other language is a plus.
- Experience in designing complex B2B products is advantageous.

- Ability to create interactive prototypes (any tool is acceptable: Protopie, Principle, After Effects, Figma)
- Specialization in Design Systems
