10Clouds Financial Institutions and PZU Establish Cooperation in AI-Powered Solutions

WARSAW, March 26, 2026

10Clouds Financial Institutions has entered into a partnership with PZU, the largest insurer in Central and Eastern Europe. The goal of the collaboration is to develop artificial intelligence–based solutions that will enhance sales processes and customer service.

As part of the cooperation, a tool is being developed to support PZU employees in preparing offers for clients. The solution leverages AI to automate selected stages of the process, enabling faster offer preparation and more responsive adaptation to market needs.

“By combining our AI expertise with PZU’s scale and experience, we aim to significantly improve the offer preparation process and relieve sales teams of repetitive tasks,” said Karol Stępień, CEO of 10Clouds Financial Institutions.

In the coming months, the teams will focus on testing and optimizing the solution. Ultimately, the tool is intended to reduce time-consuming, repetitive tasks and allow employees to focus more on building customer relationships.
