We have partnered with the MożeszITy Foundation to make modern workplaces accessible to people with disabilities, to give these candidates tools to build their IT skills and to land their dream jobs.
We need your help! We’re looking for software developers, designers, marketing specialists and more. For every participant we will donate 50 PLN to MożeszITy.
When applying for work, candidates with disabilities come up against a number of challenges.
Employers find it difficult to see beyond a disability, despite a candidate's skills
Invisible disabilities can cause awkwardness when they need to be disclosed
Candidates with disabilities lack confidence when applying for work
Not all workplaces are accessible for people with disabilities
Candidates may fear asking for workplace adjustments to accommodate their disability

Our hackathon will also be used to fundraise for MożeszITy. Aside from prizes for the winners, all participants will be fast-tracked in our 10Clouds recruitment process if they choose to apply for a role.
