We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior UX Designer to join our growing design team consisting of Product and UX Designers. We need someone who is capable of handling multiple projects, guiding the team, and taking care of the client relationship. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing, conducting and concluding workshops, as well as holistically supervising the projects. You should be all about collaboration, design thinking and UX best practices to help with your work across web apps, websites and mobile apps. Thinking on your feet is crucial to succeed in this role.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will:

  • make sure that user and business goals are fully understood and equally met
  • fully understand the best design processes are and how to tailor them to the user and client needs
  • be responsible for researching and designing high-level wireframes for products for different platforms
  • work alongside the client to define the project vision and help them develop a long-term product
  • work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and Project Managers, and with Head of Design on a daily basis
  • be encouraged to shape the direction of the design team at 10Clouds
  • educate clients on the value and principles of UX

Skills we are looking for in a UX Designer:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in UX Design with a detailed portfolio to back this up
  • In-depth understanding of the design processes and how to tailor them to each project
  • Ability to create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes IAs, user flow diagrams (preference for Sketch)
  • Experienced with conducting research and usability tests
  • Ability to lead, manage, and inspire the client
  • Ability to design and conduct workshops for our clients and co-workers is a must
  • Experienced in working closely with the Sales team to drive new business
  • Previous experience in supporting and mentoring team members
  • Passion and drive for UX and anything design or technology related
  • You must be proficient in English (C1 level is required), as we work mainly with the clients from overseas.
