We are now looking for creative and dedicated Outbound specialist/SDR to manage our outbound efforts, search for insights about the current and possible customers across all online media and perform a great online reach out.
Experience creating new B2B business? Experienced in performing cold reach-out campaigns, creating an online funnel of leads, enlarge and developing ideas on how to grow the customer base?

Your role and responsibilities
- Working with sales leadership to develop creative outbound sales strategies
- Identifying and approaching business leaders in the organization’s ideal customer personas
- Leveraging a mix of digital communication (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and phone communication to garner interest among prospects
- Using a mix of Account-Based Marketing and Persona-Based Selling approaches when prospecting
- Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of outbound campaigns
- Implementing creative messaging and content for email marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and staying up to date with key industry trends and competitive insights
What you bring to the table
- Proven track record in B2B outbound selling with a succesfull track record of overachieving KPIs
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
- Experience in sales analytics and exceeding KPIs
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position at a software consulting/SaaS services company as BDR or SDR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team working and customer-focused skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and prioritise
- Hands-on experience with email analytics and A/B testing tools
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- The ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions
- Familiarity with the tech industry
It's great if you also have
- Previous experience within an IT service company
- A proven network established through outbound efforts in the US, DACH, UK or Western Europe area
- A good understanding of the DeFi or Fintech sector
What you'll get in return
- Salary depending on your skills and experience PLN 7 000 - 13 000 net + VAT on a B2B contract with at least 15 days of paid time off (alternative forms of employment are also possible)
- Base 7 000 - 9 000 net + VAT on a B2B contract
- If you hit your targets you get a monthly bonus of 1 000 - 3 000 + quarterly bonus 500 - 4000 (or higher if you exceed the target or your leads will convert) net + VAT on B2B (quarterly bonus is unlimited and it depends on your performance)
