Project Portfolio Manager

We are recruiting a Project Porfolio Manger, who will join our Product Delivery team.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of project and client portfolio processes in regards to resolving issues and assessing risks
  • Managing project and product delivery health, risks and progress on management level
  • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
  • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
  • Supporting Product Owners and stakeholders in the area of product delivery
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
  • Supporting sales activities

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a position concerning managing project portfolio/project health process in agile environment
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders, external clients and dealing with change
  • Displaying a strong focus on delivering business value and solving problems
  • Consulting mindset, including structured planning, results-oriented, and a relentless drive for impact
  • Curiosity for a range of financial industries and customer centric approach
  • A proven record of successful delivery of multiple software products giving you a good understanding of the software development process
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean spectrum methodologies based on past practice
  • Ability to organise the work of distributed teams
  • Fluency in English (all of our internal communications are in English), Polish is not required

What you can expect from us

  • Salary depending on your skills and experience PLN 17 000 - 25 000 net + VAT on a B2B contract with a minimum of 15 days of paid time off (alternative forms of employment are also possible)
