Linux/Cloud Administrator

Job location: Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw or 100% remote (Poland)

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a talented Linux/Cloud Administrator to join our growing DevOps Team. If you like working with cutting edge technologies and want to have a real influence on the project then this is a great position for you. You will also be able to take the next step in the field of container-orchestration system as we use Kubernetes on a daily basis.

In this role you will:

  • configure new infrastructure based on project specifics and supporting the maintenance of both our clients’ existing infrastructure and our own
  • participate in the design process of optimal infrastructure architecture
  • support our developers during the development phase of the project
  • support our customers during the launch of new applications and provide the maintenance for the infrastructure
  • work with TOP DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Jenkins
  • cooperate with international clients on a daily basis

We’re looking for someone who:

  • possesses strong experience with Linux (preferable Red Hat family or Ubuntu)
  • has previous experience/good working knowledge of public clouds (preferably AWS) and Docker and/or CI/CD (preferably Jenkins)
  • has good knowledge of version control solutions (ideally Git)
  • has experience with Web (Nginx, Apache) and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) servers configuration
  • has good level of English (B2 level required)
  • is willing to learn continuously
  • is able to make their own decisions and has high level of self-organization

It would be great if you also have:

  • knowledge or some experience with Kubernetes
  • ability to work with configuration management (preferable Ansible)
  • previous experience with infrastructure monitoring
  • familiarity with NoSQL databases
  • experience with Hashicorp tools (Packer, Terraform, Vault)
  • experience with writing scripts in one of your favorite languages Bash/Python/Go/Perl/Ruby
  • experience in working with 3-tier applications stacks
