Joining 10Clouds HR Team as a Junior Recruitment Specialist means:

  • sourcing perfect candidates for both IT and non-IT positions
  • building and maintaining efficient relationships with hiring managers
  • creating job descriptions
  • constant and proactive search of new efficient ways to attract and provide top talent to the organisation

Must-have Requirements

  • min. 1 years experience in IT sourcing or recruitment
  • ambitious fast learner with focus on results
  • eagerness to dynamically develop as an expert end-to-end recruiter
  • familiarity or authentic interest with the tech industry and market
  • good divided attention and coordination skills
  • Willingness to cooperate with ambitious hiring managers
  • excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • assertiveness and ability to communicate directly and emphatically at the same time
  • ability to communicate efficiently in English (at least B2)
  • good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities and mindset
  • positive, proactive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • excellent work-organisation (prioritising and “GTD” approach)

Nice-to-have:

  • experience in a software house
  • network of professional relationships both in real life and social media
  • familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (esp. Workable)
  • some additional background or interest in HR areas other than recruitment (hiring, labour law, payroll, feedback, EB etc.)
