At present we are searching for an experienced HR Administration Specialist to join our HR team and secure excellent coordination of our personnel records and processes. Joining 10Clouds HR Team as a HR Administration Specialist means:

  • preparing HR documents (contracts, annexes, personal questionnaires, health&safety training – BHP, employment certificates, consent certificates, etc.) as well as organising and maintaining personnel records
  • responsibility for keeping employee data up-to-date and their timely management in the system (Salesforce)
  • providing relevant employee information (active employee list, PTO and sick leave report, monthly benefits settlement, timesheets/attendance lists) for payroll preparation
  • contact and cooperation with external accounting office
  • answering day-to-day employees’ requests (time off, benefits, educational budget, etc.) and questions
  • contact with benefits’ providers (Multisport, health insurance, language school, etc.)
  • HR costs invoices attribution
  • supporting and coordinating the processes of employees’ periodic feedback and performance review
  • coordination of the offboarding process
  • strengthening 10C culture and values
  • brainstorming and cooperating in a team of creative, open-minded and result oriented professionals
  • open and empathetic communication while giving and receiving regular feedback

Must-have Requirements:

  • min. 6 months experience in HR administration (providing employee information for payroll and benefits accounting)
  • min. 6 months experience in preparing, maintaining and updating employment contracts and other HR documents
  • min. 6 months experience in cooperating with an external accounting office
  • MS Office literacy (Google docs/spreadsheets)
  • familiarity with the Labour Code and the fundamentals of Civil Code regulations regarding B2B relations
  • accuracy, thoroughness, reliability, responsibility
  • attention to detail and timeliness
  • excellent work organisation, orderliness and efficiency (prioritising and GTD approach)
  • trustworthiness, discretion and awareness of the context to processing confidential personal data
  • strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • assertiveness and ability to communicate directly and emphatically at the same time
  • fluency in English enabling good communication with English speaking employees (B2)
  • good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-have:

  • experience in a software house of 100+ employees
  • familiarity with HR data management systems (we use Salesforce)
  • positive, proactive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude
