10Clouds is scaling its AI consulting division and looking for a leader who can drive revenue, acquire new clients, close deals, and expand our AI consulting business. If you have experience in business consulting with a strong focus on enterprise sales, including client acquisition, product presentations, and contract negotiations, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of revenue targets, executing strategies to grow our AI consulting business. Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline.
  • Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities with enterprise clients. Build long-term relationships, present AI automation solutions, and drive contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients, map business processes, and create AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Showcase clear business value and design consulting engagements that result in impactful projects.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance consulting and sales team. Provide coaching in enterprise sales, client acquisition, and negotiation strategies, fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Oversee the execution of consulting projects, ensuring they meet client KPIs, deliver measurable impact, and drive revenue expansion.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a results-driven sales leader with a strong background in business consulting. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, conducting discovery workshops, and closing high-value deals. They should be able to demonstrate personal sales success, articulate their role in securing new business, and showcase their ability to drive revenue growth.

  • A background in startups or rapidly scaling business units is a must. We are looking for a confident self-starter who has been involved in building a new business unit, selling services, recruiting, and training employees.
  • Ability to define and implement go-to-market strategies that drive client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Proven  success in mentoring and developing talent within business consulting, as well as leading consulting projects that drive measurable impact.
  • Ability to demonstrate tangible ROI to clients and articulate AI’s business impact in clear, compelling ways.
  • Passionate about AI’s business applications, with experience in AI automation projects or a strong willingness to learn.
