We are now looking for an experienced, creative and dedicated Account Executive to build, develop and manage new business revenue through pre-qualified inbound & outbound generated leads or your own network.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Taking a lead role in the sales process: be the first point of contact for our customers, preparing proposals, negotiate and closing deals
  • Having the client’s best interest in mind - building long-term relationships with new clients
  • Extending our current portfolio of high-value clients and increasing their current value
  • See issues coming before they arrive and ensure a high conversion of potential customers (Now that’s some talent!). Be a step ahead of the game!
  • Acting as the clients’ mentor and advisor. Your advice to our customers should guide them and help identify and select different opportunities and risks
  • Spearheading better practices, developing client relationships and ensuring standards are set and followed
  • Providing a timely response to customer inquiries via phone, mail, LinkedIn or other channels
  • Giving tangible feedback to project teams based on clients’ feedback
  • A keen learning curve in our core service areas (Design, Web3, Full agile teams), emerging technologies and tech trends
  • Extending your network, generating hot new leads to extend your pipeline where needed

What you bring to the table:

  • Advanced level of English (minimum C1 level is required, the native or bilingual speaker would be awesome)
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Proven track record in B2B selling with a successful track record of overachieving KPIs
  • Established competence in identifying and approaching business leaders in the organisation’s ICP
  • Experience in Solution Sales within IT-related environment
  • Experience in more complex sales solutions selling to larger SMBs and/or enterprise customers
  • A proven record of continuously overscoring your targets closing down impactful clients
  • Business development experience
  • Own long-term network of relationships with IT industry scaleups and enterprises
  • Ability to research and generate one's own accounts (potential clients) kill list
  • Confidence in reaching out to self-generated account kill list contacts then striking and developing a mutually valuable relationship
  • Experience in working on CRM systems on a daily basis
  • Exceptional customer relationship-building skills
  • Sufficient motivation and ambition to work on your own initiative without needing direction (self-starter)
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and prioritise
  • The ability to join meetups & events to meet (potential) clients and generate leads
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise your work accordingly
  • Occasional availability to work with pipeline located in US or Pacific timezones after 5pm CET
  • Familiarity with the software development and design processes and ability to present them to our potential customers

It's great if you also have:

  • Prior experience within the Fintech/Web3 environment
  • Custom software development service selling
  • Specific experience working with SalesForce

What you can expect from us:

  • Ability to shape and co-create this function according to one’s experience and vision
  • Starting base salary depending on your skills and experience PLN 8 000 - 11 000 + VAT on a B2B contract (alternative forms of employment are also possible)
  • Quarterly bonuses dependent on individual performance in generating profit
